HOUSE RULES

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
2. Smoking is prohibited indoors of the property.
3. No pets are allowed on property.
4. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
5. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
6. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
8. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
   

RESERVATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within one day of arrival. If the credit card on file does not go through for any reason the hotel will make its best effort to contact guest for another method of payment to guarantee room. If unsuccessful, however, the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

SMOKING AND DAMAGE POLICY
Upon guest departure, room will be inspected by hotel staff. If there are any signs of damage or smoking a fee will be assess and charge to the card used to reserve the room. A copy of the settlement statement will be available to guest upon request. 

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
If you are needing to depart earlier than your guaranteed reservation once you are checked in, you must notify the front desk prior to 4pm the day before you are wanting to depart or you will be charged an early departure fee $100

PET POLICY
No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the premises, guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per pet, and charged immediately with credit card on file.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY
The hotel staff will make every attempt to accommodate early check in requests. Please be advised that our guaranteed check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am for Branson Towers Hotel. Management will grant late check outs based on availability. Any departure time past 1pm regardless or approval, will result in another full day charge and extension of the room.
